1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: authentication provider info (Apple ID / Google account), display name, Firebase UID.
- App data: ingredients, groups, meal suggestions, favorites, photos, shopping lists, cooking records, condition tags, subscription status.
- Automatically collected: device info, usage events, diagnostics, subscription receipts (RevenueCat).
- Community posts: anonymously shared recipes (dish name, ingredients, nutrition, instructions).
2. Purposes of Use
- Provide, operate, and improve DinnerSolved (AI meal suggestions, pantry management, shopping lists)
- Subscription/purchase management via App Store / Google Play / RevenueCat
- Anonymous community recipe feed
- Support and important notices
- Security monitoring and legal compliance
3. Service Providers
- Firebase Authentication / Cloudflare D1 (data storage)
- Cloudflare Workers / Workers AI (API and AI)
- RevenueCat (subscription management)
4. Data Retention & Deletion
- Account data is retained until account deletion.
- Deleted accounts are soft-deleted immediately and physically purged within 24 hours.
- Community posts remain after account deletion (anonymous, no user linkage).
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Use in-app "Delete Account" or contact y-ishiba@hokkalon.com.
6. Security
TLS encryption, parameterized queries, server-side authentication, rate limiting, and regular security audits.
7. International Transfers
Data may be processed outside Japan (e.g., Cloudflare global network) with appropriate safeguards.
8. Children's Privacy
DinnerSolved is not directed to children under 13. Minors should use with parental consent.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or on this page.
